Really loved his words and pictures, just simple ideas, put simply. Helps me, helps you, however, the huge majority of consumers and misusers, particularly them that control the supply of money, are so anally retentive and sick, they are very unlikely to hand back their possessions to the Planet. Just what is the nature of the briefings coming down from the richest 1% to the complicit so-calld 'world leaders.' What are the deals being struck between the Obama 'administration' and the one percentors?
Do you realise that in GB, over 30 years ago that, environmentalism was just a minor hobby? Haven't times changed? Nowadays politicians wield catchy phrases such as 'carbon footprint.' What's that all about? Fuck off; carbon coffin more like!
Obviously, what happens in Copenhagen and Kyoto is 'tinkering.' Where are the bold strokes such as outlawing fossil fuel automobiles and all air travel? Just for 2 or three years to assess the impact? Where are we going to find such leadershp? How to harness all of 'us' who are own own leaders?

paradigm shift

Yes Indi, but how many times have you done a paradigm shift? If you tell me that a million people at this time have the right finger on the right pulse, I may have reasons to be cheerful and only then, if 1% of the million actually know someone they can share this shit with. Of course all of us are warriors and masters, we know the books that have led us here. We live so outside the box and miss the comforting within the box. I sometimes catch puzzled looks at ideas like service level agreements between the police and criminals or narrowing the gap between prisons and the community. I see them struggling to find their inhalers and swaying to and fro', clutching at the straws of their holiday homes as the bad wolf huffs and puffs.

I think I understand, but even the big bad wolf is just trying to be fully realized...and at least he's being honest about it.

Mass popular delusion and the madness of crowds succeed as dependents upon the same persistent illusion and basic human perceptions of everyday, upside-down reality. But sociology would radically shift if the scales fell from the eyes of the Big Lie. When the shadows on the cave wall become fully articulated in HD technicolor 3-D.

Shaman on them.

Pardon my glibness, that's not the direction I intended to take. Your comments are well-taken, it's just I see force majeure paradigm shifters in the offing. It's like evolutionary leaps, they can't be helped, prescribed, proscribed, or composed.

Happening as necessary and in natural or unexpected ways. Sometimes in the birthing of an epoch...a cosmic egg-cracking, uniform awakening at the turning of the age.

Like whales emerging from the seas to live on land...and then returning.

That was refreshingly lyrical. Having used (whisper)'paradigm shift' in public once or twice while teaching about the recovery model, I remember how it inspired lyricism and wonder as the concept mutated in the teaching space.

Interesting.
