This video is fake and is meant for disinformation.
what this video does is make you go out and freak out on all the people you know and sound like an alarmist.
THEN when it becomes known that this video was a HOAX, people not only start doubting EVERYTHING you have to say from there on out..... it also makes people believe that bills like the Homegrown terrorism and violent radicalization bill is also a hoax..

Yeah, it's an OSpan, but it looks like it was clipped from legitimate footage.
It doesn't appear to be actors, but I haven't looked into it.
I'm not familiar with the erstwhile (or otherwise) legislator, but it works for me either way.
