Yer Blues

Whenever a feeling of aversion comes into the heart of a good soul,
it's not without significance.
Consider that intuitive wisdom to be a Divine attribute,
not a vain suspicion:
the light of the heart has apprehended
intuitively from the Universal Tablet.

Love that track.
Lennon didn't like his voice (in general) -apparently.
I think he was fucking cool.
On the other hand - & it's only a pet-hate really but I've always found Jagger annoying.. a middle-class wanker, trying far-too-hard to be an American black dude.
Embarrassing.
Clapton really was god back then, no? Heck, that day I think everybody on stage was god...and maybe everybody listening in was god too. They were damn channeling something cool.
Greatest band that never was, truly.
This clip shows what a funny guy Lennon was, and what a wanker Mick was by comparison. Definitely.
What an incredible wailer, John. Always pushing it.
Keef, as always, is too cool for school, a walking contradiction. And Clapton did have, at least, Godlike moments.
What a video!
