Whenever a feeling of aversion comes into the heart of a good soul,
it's not without significance.
Consider that intuitive wisdom to be a Divine attribute,
not a vain suspicion:
the light of the heart has apprehended
intuitively from the Universal Tablet.

"No one can help you there."
"Why not?"
"For the same reason that no one can help the fish to find the ocean."

Man is superior to the stars if he lives in the power of superior wisdom. Such a person being the master over heaven and earth by means of his will is a magus and magic is not sorcery but supreme wisdom

Indi - I'm still thinking about this manic consequence you mentioned that seems to go along with consciousness/awakening and the great thinkers of the past. seems that many of the "greats" eventually went insane.
Maybe I've just been watching too much eustace mullins. can't find the video at the moment that shows him talking about Ezra Pound and his "students" -- TS Eliot, Hemingway, Yeats, Joyce.
Seems "the system" and their frustrations with it is what drove these men to psychiatric wards?
Insanity = awakening
am I way off here?
Enlightenment = Awakening +/- Insanity...
might be a better form of the equation.
The social pact we live by forces us to labor under a host of illusions. Any sudden illumination that offers a clear view beyond that veil can undo the best of us. It is serious and dangerous business, not for the half-hearted. Only recommended for those with their hair afire.

Eustace Mullins, huh? haha...Talk about your rabble-rousers. What an interesting and generally misunderstood guy. He's really something to listen to. His voice smooths out the sharp edge of his written words. He's not at all who can seem to be. He just loves to upset the apple cart.
His stories of Pound, and e.e. cummings, etc, and living (covertly) in a room he found in the sub-basement of the Library of Congress...are a trip.
I figure he will be vindicated for many of his controversial claims.
He is certainly no anti-semite...those claims are grossly unfair.
I like that equation
